Compensation & Benefits

The compensation system of Assan Information Technology is based on employee competencies, the contribution of job performance to the company, the degree of job difficulty and the level of responsibility.
HAY job appraisal and grading system is used for employees working as specialists and at higher grades. The compensation policy is annually reviewed through a compensation survey.
The compensation system is based on 12 base salary with additional 4 bonus salary (paid at the end of each quarter) with a total 16 gross salary and the raise is evaluated once annually.
In addition to compensation at Assan Information Technology, premium system and various fringe benefits are applied depending on company performance at the relevant period.
